At our cafe, we take great pride in sourcing and roasting the highest quality specialty coffee beans from around the world. We believe that the best coffee starts with the best beans, and we work hard to find and select only the finest varieties from sustainable and ethical sources.
Our sourcing process begins with building relationships with farmers and cooperatives that share our values of quality and sustainability. We visit the farms and cooperatives to see the beans in their natural environment, meet the farmers and taste the coffee. This allows us to select the beans that are right for our cafe, and also ensure that the farmers are treated fairly and paid a fair price for their beans.
Once we have selected the beans, our roasting process begins. We use a state-of-the-art roaster that allows us to precisely control the temperature and airflow to create the perfect roast for each bean. This ensures that the unique flavor profiles and characteristics of the beans are highlighted and not overwhelmed by the roasting process.
We take great care to roast our beans in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. Our head roaster has years of experience and is always experimenting with new roasting techniques to bring out the best in each bean.
